FORWARD: Acting - Well, I Tried..
In this forward, I am going to say that it looks like the career path I wanted in Acting has ended, at least for the time being. (I still have my phone, and greenscreen, so remotes can be done - until I get booted out for non-payment of rent).
I'm not going into the details of what happened, as those whom know Me, know why.
I do say, it was fun, while it lasted, and educational.
I still have much to learn though in everything.

Verticals - The Next Big Little Thing
Take part inspiration, two parts adrenaline, mix it with the smallest budget, and film it on a phone, edit it on either the phone, or a laptop, and You have created the impossible: a highly addictive form of content meant for today's crowd called a Vertical.
Resembling a mix of YouTube Storyline with the fast pace of a TikTok, or Instagram video, these quick films, with budgets ranging from 50 dollars to several thousand, that setup a series of must-see sequels are rapidly becoming the latest trend in filmmaking. They even now have major investors, and awards shows appearing to gobble them up just as fast as they can be produced.
These films are a Very Big deal over in Europe now, and are soon to be one of the newest major driving forces over here in North America where traditionally films had to have gigantic budgets, and equipment.
I wish these Creators of a New Format in Entertainment the best as they compete with the 'Big Boys' of both Indie & Hollywood Films.
